Packages are shipped out within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments can take longer than 3 days, but you will be notified & apologized to by email if that is the case :)

Returns/Exchanges:
At this time DropOffVintage is not open to returns or exchanges, please do double check measurements when provided to ensure the sizing of items are ideal before purchase.
How Are Shipping Rates Calculated?
DropOffVintage follows standard shipping rates for shipping to Canada and USA. We offer the choice of standard or express shipping.
A Note on Authenticity:
DropOffVintage is not responsible for authenticity checks.
We do our best to ensure luxury brand items are authentic before posting, but good fakes could potentially sneak past us. All items noted as authentic have passed our appraisals, however, in full transparency there is unfortunately no guarantee of authenticity with our items.
